BGT Brava Review

BGT BRAVA REVIEWS – THE ULTIMATE RESOURCE

BGT BRAVA INTRODUCTION

BGT Brava is probably the only driver shaft to come close to Fujikura’s Ventus lineup in terms of hype and talk in the golf industry in 2022. It’s only been a few months since it’s launch but sales have been off the charts and many are seeing this as a better alternative to the Autoflex shaft which has similar traits – a lightweight shaft with exceptional feel and performance for many swing speeds and types.

The BGT Brava shaft features BGT’s Speedflite NRG Technology and is produced with Toray Carbon Fiber. This is around ten times stronger than normal steel but weighs a lot less.  This in turn means there’s less energy required to swing the shaft at higher speeds and the result is an incredibly stable driver head that produces more distance and a tighter dispersion (basically every golfers’ wet dream).

So what are the BGT Brava specs? The BGT has Brava has four flexes: A, R, S and X. Below is the BGT Brava Driver Shaft specifications for each flex:

Other BGT Brava Reviews

For other BGT Brava reviews, there’s actually not a lot of in-depth statistics-based reviews out there, perhaps due to this shaft still being relatively new. And without stats, it is actually rather difficult to put together any comprehensive review about any golf shaft once you get past looks and feel. Still, here’s a few BGT Brava reviews from around the web you can check out if you don’t have the option to get fit and considering buying this shaft:

Other BGT Brava Reviews

One thing consistent from all the Brava reviews is that the dispersion is definitely tighter but it’s not really for players with high swing speeds who don’t typically have issues with generating distance. It’s really a shaft for players wanting to increase swing speed and find more distance.
