BGT Iron Shafts are almost certainly in the works following on from the massive success and popularity of their Stability Putter, Wedge and BGT Driver Shafts. What that iron shaft is going to be named we don’t know, but it shouldn’t be too much longer before we know. Breakthrough Golf Technology has had phenomenal success so far, particularly with it’s line of putter shafts and some say even more so with their latest releases – the ZNE wedge shafts and the Brava Driver shaft which is one of our best sellers.
Whatever the BGT iron shafts are going to look like, you can be pretty sure of thing, and that is they are going to have similar materials and technology as the BGT ZNE and Putter shafts have, and they are going to create buzz in the golf industry like no other iron shaft has for quite some time. Whatever Barney Adams has in store for the BGT iron shafts you can bet your house it’s going to be exciting. Think of the hype that came form his first foray into golf equipment, the Adams Tight Lies. This was one of the most talked about clubs ever, so much so that TaylorMade bought out Adams in 2012. After not seeing much (any) innovation in putter shafts for decades, Barney founded Breakthrough Golf Technology and the introduced the golfing world to the BGT Stability Putter shafts which werfe almost an overnight sensation and continue to be one of the hottest products in 2022 and going into 2023.

When the BGT Iron shafts launch, we’ll be sure to have them stocked up and think they’re going to be one of the most exciting products to enter the somewhat stale iron market with the exception of somthing like Fujikura MCI Iron shafts and the LA Golf iron shafts. (Both of these are available from Tour Spin Golf). What do you think about the potential BGT iron shafts? Would you game a unique iron shaft from BGT or would you prefer to stick with something traditional like True Temper of KBS?
